Frequently asked questions.

    • ArtStage is free to download and use our free rooms. Subscribing unlocks all rooms (new rooms are added fortnightly) First download the app from the Apple App Store. Then tap on any image with a lock icon to see the available subscriptions.

    • Open ArtStage then tap the Blue Plus button at the top right of the screen.

    • Select Art to import your artwork. Select Room to import your own room.

    • Tap on the Blue Plus button at the top right of the screen

    • Tap Art to launch the photos picker

    • Tap on all the art images you wish to import

    • Tap the checkmark once finished

  • After you have imported an image image you will be taken to the "Crop" screen. You can skip this section by tapping "next". Or you can select one of the crop otptions to present the editor. Adjust your image until you are happy then press “done”.

  • To add a frame first import your art. Then tap the button labeled “Frames” choose any frame. To remove the frame select the button titled “No Frame”.

  • Subscribers can import their own room/wall image. Tap the Blue Plus button at the top right of the screen then select Room.

  • New interiors are added every 2 weeks and will automatically appear in the app. If you ave any requests email us :)

  • Sometimes due to the way the Apple App Store works subscriptions can become out of sync with your device. Simply tap on "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the subscription screen to re-sync your subscription (it will not charge you twice). The subscription screen can be accessed by tapping on the “Get Pro” button or any content with a lock icon.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically. To manage your subscription open Settings (top left button of the ArtStage Home Screen). Tap on Manage Account. Here you can cancel or change plans.
